Steps to reproduce:

1.  Type some text into MSword
2. Open a cute editor in HTML mode
3. Copy/paste the text from MSword into it.

The demo editor seems able to remove the formatting when switching back to graphic mode but mine does not.

 

I can't test the other issue because the demo editor is set to allow pasting HTML.
