Installation steps are as follows:

1.      Login in the administrator console of joomla
2.      Click menubar “Extensions”

3.      Click “Install/Uninstall”

4.      Browse the install package of cuteeditor for joomla

5.      Click “Upload file & Install”

6.      Click “Site”==> “Globalization Configuration”

7.      Confirm CuteEditor for Joomla is selected as the Default WYSIWYG Editor

 

If you have followed these steps and that error is still throwed, please post this error screen shot here.
