Can you reproduce this issue in http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx ? If you cannot reproduce it, I advise you double check your installation steps which can be found in http://www.cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+WYSIWYG+Editor/Deployment/html-editor-Deployment/Deployment.htm
