Please try this example:

http://ajaxuploader.com/demo/select-multiple-files-upload.aspx

The russian file name is suported already.

If you still have problems, you add an entry in web.config.

<add key="CuteWebUI.AjaxUploader.RequestEncoding" value="windows-1251" />
