This issue has nothing to do with your programming language, you can download integration package, the download url is http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/chat_current_releases/entry28676.aspx, after unzip it, you can find one vb chat provider example in folder "CuteChatIntegrationPackage\ChatProvider examples", you can refer to it.
