We have fix this problem for many customers .

But maybe there're still some unknown reason for the bug .

Could you find whether there is a folder named 'CuteEditorSettings'  in the server ?

maybe the path is

C:\WINDOWS\Temp\CuteEditorSettings
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\CuteEditorSettings_SERVERNAME_ASPNET
C:\Documents and Settings\SERVERNAME\ASPNET\Local Settings\Temp
