I want to create a plugin for mathematics using my editor from www.fmath.info

I know how to add a button in toolbar, how to display my editor in a window and how to insert the formula.

 

But I need the update feature.

For that I need to be notified when the user click on elements and I need a way to take the current element (not the selected text).

I saw, this is working on your editor when I click on img or bold tag.
