Adam actually FTPed to my site and did something there for about 30 mins and now CuteChat works absolutely wonderful integrated with my CS forums.  What he did (more importantly what I did wrong) is not clear to me.  But, the chat is fantastic.  I really like it a lot.

 

My only questions are....if I purchase it....will I be able to easily remove the CuteChat logo stuff and customize it for my website?

 

I really enjoy it.  It's a good fit with CS forums.
