We are evaluating Live support and have a few questions.

 

1. Does the live support need to be installed on each website we want to provide support on? Or can we install in one place and link all to this one place? We would prefer this option, as its less overhead and we run some non .NET sites.

 

2. How can we change the operator being shown so that its not the same as the username?

 

3. Is there a way of hiding the passwords in admin? Can we encrypt the passwords in the DB?
