Nope - I don't even know how to set the culture property.

Also - it's only happening on one computer. When I declare the component in the page, I say Assembly="... Culture=Neutral..."

Again - it's only happening on one computer, but I'm about to deploy, and I don't know who else's computer this might happen on! Can you please help - why would only one computer get this error?
