I realise custom tabs can be added to the tag editor by adding lines to the tag.config file.

Is there a way to override this behaviour to condionally include or exclude .ascx controls based on some of the attributes of the IMG being edited?

 

For example, if the image has an attribute 'controltypeid=<value>' I would like to exlude the 'Image' tab from the dialog and add my own 'Control' tab to the dialog.
