Im a big fan of .net and before to order it,  I have some questions:

- what's anything is included in this package? (ex: source code C#, VB.NET, samples?)

- there are lifetime license ? do you support for this package?

- I have lot of sites on the servers , I may use for many domains or ip/servers, there are any notice to Cutesoft when I deploy it to any sites?

- I may sell the site that using ajaxuploader ?

- any coupon code?
