We are using LiveSupport.
As IE 9 is now a release candidate, I installed this to test our different applications. LiveSupport operator is failing. The first error was a COM object exception that pertained to disphtmlstyle. The bottom conversation panel failed to load. I then installed the most current version of LiveSupport Operator. I no longer receive the COM error and everything appears correctly.
However, when responding to a conversation, the operator side will show this for my conversation:
^4div style='font-family^2;font-size^2;color^2;'^5test^4^7div^5
The customer will not see anything on their side.
I am unsure of the LiveSupport version, but the CuteChat version is 5.0
Any help would be appreciated.
