I could not use the Gallery because I needed to modify too many things.  So I created my own dialog for the uploaded.

 

 

If I set ManualStartUpload to false the OnFileUploaded will fire fine.  If I set it to true and start the upload by calling startupload(), the upload starts fine, but OnFileUploaded does not fire.

 

What am I missing here...
