Hey Eric,

   We've had another user contact our helpdesk with the same issue.  We offered uninstalling Silverlight as a workaround and his IE started working but in both cases their Firefox no longer worked.  Both were running Firefox 4.0.1.  Here in our office Firefox 4.0.1 works fine with the uploader.
