Please follow steps:

 

1. Download CuteEditor http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/cute_editor_current_releases/entry21904.aspx 

2. Unzip it

3. Copy folder "bin" and "CuteSoft_Client" to your current installation and replace your current files. (If necessary, before copy files, you can make a backup of your site)

4. Test it again

 

Some files may be missing on your current installation.
