Hello I am one of FrJerichos customers affected by this issue. If I click on the 'Upload' button nothing happens. When I close the window after that IE 9 locks up on me and I have to force it to close. If I tab to the 'Upload' button and press enter, I see the pop up that FrJericho posted originally.

 

I'm using IE 9, Windows 7 64 bit SP1. Let me know if I can provide any more information to help resolve the issue.
