Ok, let me back up a bit:

 

I am trying to install the standalone demo.

I get to step 11 in the Readme.txt file in the cutechatstandalone folder that is unzipped with the download.

I have successfully completed the first 10 steps.

Step 11 does not tell you what to run in order to log in as admin

SO

I tried to open the SamplePortal.sln file in the Web folder and I get the following message:

 

"Visual Studio .NET cannot create or open the application because no web server was detected at this URL:

http://localhost/sampleportal.  Make sure the web server is installed and running."

 

I am trying to open the solution from my remote web server NOT localhost.

 

Meanwhile, when I try to run default.aspx from the Web folder (in a browser) - hoping to find the admin button that the Readme.txt talks about - I get SQL errors.

 

PLEASE HELP!
