I just tried that however the problem still persist, please note it is not the "dimension" of the image is shrunk, it is the "Quality" of the image was reduced due to the image is re-processed.

 

For example if I up load an image that is 175KB after uploaded, the size reduced to 105KB, makes the image pixelated. This apply to all images. Do you know which setting cause this?
