I am using cute editor in my .net application. It works fine in IE8 and Chrome, however when I use IE9 for test, something strange happens (a red rectangle and black arrow show up) when I try to move the scrollbar and similar situation happens in cute editor's official page http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx  when you click the text container border.
