Thanks for the code, Adam.  This seems to work fine but it's putting the base href in front of the images and links when I flip to HTML view and when I get the editor text in my code-behind page.  I've seen some other posts on this issue and thought it was resolved in this latest release.  I have both RemoveServerNamesFromUrl and UseRelativeLinks set to True.
