Your IE version is same as my IE .

 

But I still can't reproduce that issue.

 

Could you test the CTRL+B , CTRL+I , CTRL+U ?

 

Or, could you click outside the editor and then press F12 to open the IE developer tools, 

 

to check whether some error throws when you use CTRL+V ?
