RichTextEditor custom file storage example

In the example ,  you can specify d:\myfolder or \\server1\dir1 as the file storage

While the directory is not map to IIS , it use  download.ashx to access it .

The provider source is open , it's easy to map download.ashx?file=filename to subsite.domain.com/filename
