Java Script error on "Special Characters"

I am using the "Office2003" Theme (not "Office2003_blueTheme") and when I click on the "Special Characters" button I get a runtime error at line 29, Syntax error. I cannot test this on your demo page because you have not enabled the Special Characters button.
