warrenvw: I hope I am not doing something stupid here but I have dropped the generated license file provided by Cutesoft into the bin directory of my development environment in visual studio and whenver I compile the project it gets replaced with an old version saying that the trail has expired. If I drop the proper license in the bin again and simply browse to the project through my browser it works but as soon as I compile the project it gets replaced and gives me the expiry message?
What am I doing wrong, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
warrenvw,
It is overwritten by visual studio.
What is ASP.NET type: ASP.NET website or ASP.NET web application? If it is ASP.NET web application, right-click the license file in Solution Explorer, and then click Properties. In the Properties panel, select Copy always in the drop-down list next to Copy to Output Directory.
