As I said in the email that I sent you, the error is very intermittent and you may not experience it. However, we are still receiving 30 to 40 reports of this error every day. So, it is definitely still happening. I can forward you all of the emails, if you need proof. Is there ANYTHING that I can do to help you troubleshoot this problem, without giving you access to our web servers. I would prefer not to give you unrestricted access to our code. I am more than happy to be available to show you what you need using a remote presentation application like WebEx or Goto Meeting.
