If I create a new page in the cute editor and then save it, the URLs are fine.

 

If I then reload the same HTML file into Cute editor for further editing and then save it,

the URLs get altered again.

 

I set the following:

DisableAutoFormatting="true" UseRelativeLinks="true" RemoveServerNamesFromUrl="true" UseSimpleAmpersand="true"
