Hi jonance,

Please check the permission of the album folder, ensure that your site has the write/read permission of it. Also, you can give the full permission to user "Everyone" of the album folder to test it.

If allow, please set up ftp access for us and send the info to [email protected], so the development team can check it for you directly.
