In the rich text editor if the user click the preview button at the bottom of the editor (Design, Source, Preview).

Then clicking the print icon from the preview page, opens the control printer dialog box twice instead of once.

This issue happens in IE10 (10.0.9200.16635) browser.

I can reproduce this issue and will fix it tomorrow.
