Server side exception, failed to upload filename.mp3

Debug Information:

Php No Request Files

I also had the issue with my hosting having an alias for my user home directory which I was dealing with the last couple of days. 

With smaller files I am not see any issue. Do you have any suggestions for me to look into why this might be happening?
