I am seeing a few bugs reported on this site and the standard response is "we will fix asap"

 

When are you going to fix these bugs?

 

How do you notify your clients who have paid $100USD for this buggy software when it is working?!?!

 

This could be a great product, but the bugs are very frustrating.
