I am encountering the same problem here. If the width is set in percentages it doesn't work. I guess that the problem is, that the standard width is set in pixels. If i remove the width-property from the editor, it sets itself to a pixel size...

The problem gets more clear when you don't use ALL the toolbars, but strip it down to only the most basic text-functions.
