Well Microsoft did it's usual bang up job of an example, but I was sucessful in running a loop to create multiple editors.  Thank you very much for the help. 

Any pointers on how to adjust the size and position and contain it in a html table?  I'm overjoyed that I've gotten this far, but it still needs to be tweaked.  You guys really need to do a proper users guide for this.  I expect I'll be ordering some licenses in about a week.
