So where can I get my hands on a copy of version 1.1 for evaluation?  The download area has 2.0.  Will I still be able to buy licenses for 1.1 if that's the way we decide to go?  We *really* need to get moving on this project (already overdue by a couple of weeks) and we can't really afford the time to wait for Support Chat.  If Chat 1.1 has the features we need and is available right now, that's probably the way we'll have to go. 

On a related topic, how do I tell which version I currently have?  My partner downloaded an evaluation version a couple of weeks ago but he doesn't remember which version it is.

Do you have a pricing scheme in place for Support Chat?  If 1.1 won't work for us, or if we can't get licenses for it any more, how much will the Support Chat licenses cost?
