The <p> tag

    The <p> tag

I just set up the new version. It's pretty cool! But I am having a problem with the paragraph tag. It is set to use <p> on a return. So if you type in a line, and then hit return, it should put in a <p>. It does, but it doesn't look like it.

    It looks like this:

Type this line and hit return.
    This is the next line.

But if you check the html, it shows:

Type this line and hit return.<p>
    This is the next line.

And if you save it and view it, it shows like this, like it should:

Type this line and hit return.

    This is the next line.

The problem is, when you are typing or pasting into the editor, it looks like there is no white space between paragraphs, so you hit return again.

Then it looks right, until you view it:

Type this line and hit return.

    This is the next line.

So you end up with 2 blank lines between.

It does the same thing if you paste in a bunch of text. It doesn't look like it preserved the paragraphs, but it did. Anything to do about that?
