The product documentation - where is it, why frames that dont print - .chm's content, where???

I am a senior client/server side programmer/designer.  I have been using your product for a couple of days, I like it and think our company had the potential to sell allot of instances.  Your documentation must improve, have more substance and most importantly be printable.   Not many people use frames any longer.  If you are to use frames, they must be coded properly.  Your frames are not printer friendly at all and are very brief.

Your CuteEditor_Files\document\CuteEditorforASPDeveloperGuide.chm file has no content and is a big disappointment.  I am having trouble convincing our directors, when we do have a need for 100 seats to get it from you guys.  The fact your spell checker has NO client side requirements at all is what puts you in front of other products our development teams are trying
Adam is very helpful; my experiences in this forum have been good.   Mate, you are being let down by your tech doc writers big time.

Sorry to winge - Happy with functionality - major disapointment with supporting documentation
