Any body from sales please take this as urgent

 

I purchase domain license copy of CuteEdit, some body from the sales (called karen) send me email on how to download my copy and tilling that the payment is done

 

She asked me to send the domain name so that she will generate the license file,

i have send her the domain name as requested so many time, this is the 10th day after that and she did not come back

 The domain name I am requesting the licens for is www.alargan.com

this is not professional at all, and my impression is very bad about your company since you dont support or even give the basic follow up
