Hi Terry,
We tried the new .dll, but we are unable to tell any difference from the old. We replaced the .dll reference in our test harness, and the areas where the buttons will appear can still be clicked to bring up the browse, even if the dialog has not been shown.
The file we used has this version information: AjaxUploader ...

Unfortunately, we cannot solve the problem this way. The sample we provided was to illustrate the problem, but in our application, we do not control how the container is hidden - that is done by the third-party dialog control we are using.

Just an update. We found out that the machine that did not have the issue was running silverlight 2, and the machine with the issue has silverlight 3. We 'upgraded' to silverlight 3 on the machine that was working, and the problem appeared.
We are still cutting down our sample, but we will have to post it to you through the support page. ...
