    Monty,   After you set up the live support web in .NET server, you just need to add the chat button and monitor tag to your web pages. This web pages could be static HTML pages, asp, php, cgi, jsp or aspx pages.

    Cute Editor is not a simple javaScript editor. It is only available to ASP.NET, Classic ASP and PHP.   Many settings have to be set in the server side due to security reasons.

    Don't forget to read the above post    I'm also having a problem with LoadHTML...no matter what I did, it would say file not found.  I had to comment out line 818 in your cuteEditor_files/include_CuteEditor.php file to get it to work.  Can you shed some light on this??? please?   Kyle

    Hi, the problem with AllowedFilesExtensions is inclusive not exclusive , it allows to upload certain files but what if we want to upload all files types except asp,php?   Thank you.

    Hi mol,   If you need the attachment list after uploaded. Please try example http://phpfileuploader.com/demo/ajax-attachments.php. You can use the same way to create your own attachment table.   Regards,   Ken

    Hi tetnet, Please check the upload_tmp_dir  setting of your php.ini. Ensure that your site has the write/read permission of this folder. Also, you can set it to a folder which under the root of your site.  Regards, Ken
