no difference

I've followed the instructions (as far as I can tell) to install HTML Editor in VS2008. ANY PAGE THAT CALLS THE EDITOR GIVES ME THE SAME ERROR:
<%@ Register TagPrefix=''CE'' Namespace=''CuteEditor'' Assembly=''CuteEditor'' %>
So I expect I haven't done some thing or done it incorrectly. Any ideas?

Well, it appears to match the same assembly version, eg:
CuteEditor.resources.dll is: 2.2.1502.30565
CuteEditor.dll is: 2.2.1502.30565
The strangest thing is that Portuguese Tooltips works fine in localhost, but Not in the remote host???
