Probably you didn't configure ''c:\inetpub\wwwroot\CuteEditor'' as virtual directory in your IIS.Try simply upload the referenced assembly (CuteEditor.dll) to your /bin folder.

Just clicked on the CuteEditor.dll in the browser and got a message saying ''The specified procedure could not be found''..... what would this mean?
