I found that the error was caused by incorrect editing of the web.config file for the CuteWebUi.UploadModule entries. I had one entry and changed it to both entries mentioned in the help file.

If I remove the EditorWysiwygModeCss=''something'' from the web.config all the styles show as expected in the browser but then the dropdown menu is streched all over the screen. What can I do about this?
