Well, I downloaded what was labeled as 6.1.1 and the problem seems to be fixed in the CuteEditor.dll which is labeled as 6.1.0.0 in the assembly.   ???  

Yes but all the files where in the root/bin directory already   Or is there something am missing ??? 

mojobikeman,   Do you load the CuteEditor.dll library from a network drive?If so, you can open the Net configuration manager, security directive: increase trust on shared network assembly.

I am battling this same error. The galleries work fine on localhost, but after it is published to the shared site on 1and1, I get this exception.
