    This is not how VS.NET 2005 works. You are describing vs.net 2003 behavior. With vs.net 2005, even if you move the files into the web site OUTSIDE of vs.net 2005, it includes them (there are no csproj or vbproj files).   Apparently I'm going to have to find another solution as dealing with this half-hearted asp.net 2.0 support does not work ...

    I bitch about Macromedia a lot...there's a lot of things they could improve in all their products. That said, I'm not sure if .net integration is one of them. MS has made .net fairly dependant on VS.net and I don't really see much of a chance of Macromeida competing directly with MS on that front.

    kasilof,   It's a known issue. This behavior is caused by the IE. You can reproduce this issue in the following link: http://cutesoft.net/example/editregions.htm. We can't have the solution yet. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope we can resolve it in the version 6.0.
