CuteEditor Nested within another control

I have CuteEditor nested within another control, and i am having problems with some of the buttons not working. The font color picker to name one. Please check the following example:http://cutesoft.net/asp/xmloutput.aspThe defference is:The .NET converts the HTML to XHTML using the server side method. The ASP version is using the client side JavaScript method. We know it's not perfect. But we don't have any better solution right now.

Here's a sample page with no linked script. Just load this in Internet Explorer (I'm using version 7.0) and hit the refresh after each load. The problem occurs sporadically, but does happen.
