I'm having the same issue in both the Photo Gallery & File Upload areas for CS 2.1.I added both getAttachment and getAttachmentData to the CuteEditorconstants.js file. The browse button of the insert link should work automatically.   If you've already customized this dialog of old version, you need to do the same thing to 6.6 as well.   You can also hide the browse button if you like to.
