I am sorry that I type wrong of the problem after set UseStandardDialog  = ture It no scroll bar if the content is bigger then the window size even I set "scroll:yes;" in Constant.js.   another question is can use Vista Style Dialog with iframe?

I believe you're talking about the Modal Dialog window...it's a feature of IE...just do a search on MSDN, or Google for that matter, and you're bound to find tons of info on it. There's also a Modeless Dialog window...fyi.
