Opne the  dialog,  all the anchors in the current page will automatically be shown in the textbox.   Click the anchor name in the textbox, the editor will automatically find the anchor for you.   So you can modify the anchors.   Hope it helps

I tried the new DLL but it still doesn't work in Internet Explorer. The button to bring up the file selection dialog is black (enabled), then gray (disabled) and then black (enabled) again. But clicking on it does absolutely nothing. I have the latest version of the Silverlight plugin. So what else should I do to get this working?
