You would need to give me a way to save the data and reload it from a database.   It occurs then the HTML being loaded into the control is incomplete or has missing tags

Sometimes the user will enter or paste incomplete HTML . Then the buttons on the rest of the page end up in the middle of the text box. Then the user cannot make any other changes. Is their a tag that can be put around the data coming from the database to eliminate this problem or are there any options that will clear this up.
