Same same! I download it, clean cache and tried it, and I still cant open new-file dialog when I click on the button? Is it just to open it in visual studion  and debugg? Or do I need to do something else befor i Try your example? Integrate ajax or something, to get it to work?

Hi,   I don't think firefox/chrome support window.showModalDialog   What do you mean the Modal dialog ?   Are you using some component to show the Modal dialog ?   Maybe there's something conflicted   Regards, Terry

We also implemented our own modal dialog.   http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx   We also implemented the file uploader in the insert image modal dialog.   It works fine.

I'm also having the same problem with the IE9 browser. The code above does not prompt the select file.
